Transcripts, Transcriptions, and CD Copy Requests

Transcripts

If a hearing has been stenographically recorded, you may request a written transcript of that hearing. A fee is paid to the court reporter for preparing that transcript as set out in the Rules of Procedure, 22-207. Fees must be paid in advance of the transcript being prepared. The court reporter will call you with an estimate for preparing the transcript and to make arrangements with you, so please be sure you give us your contact information.

Find the form for requesting a transcript here. The form should be printed, filled out, and faxed to the Managing Court Reporter at 575-528-8388. If you don’t have access to a computer or fax machine, please call 575-523-8233.

CDs

If a hearing has been digitally recorded, the CD is the official record of that hearing. You may request from the clerk’s office a copy of the CD and log here. There is a fee for each CD. Please print, fill out and fax the request form to 575-523-8290.

Transcriptions from CD

You may also ask us to transcribe a hearing from a CD. A fee will be charged for that. Fees must be paid in advance of the transcript being prepared. The court monitor will call you with an estimate for preparing the transcript and to make arrangements with you, so please be sure you give us your contact information.
