Copies/Certifications/Audio CDs

The Court requires that fees for copies, certifications and CD duplicates be received prior to completing your service request. You must complete a Request For Copies and CDs Form (see below) when requesting copies from a file, court documents, CDs, certified copies and exemplified copies. You can print, fill out and submit the form in person or by mail.

If you live in the area you can come to the Clerk’s Office, present the Request Form for the desired service and provide payment at that time. For mail delivery, send the Request Form and payment in the form of a money order or cashier’s check and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. See the side bar on the right for mailing address.

PLEASE ALLOW THREE (3) DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST. You will be contacted when the copies or records are available for pick-up, or they will be mailed to you if you have provided the self-addressed, stamped envelope.
